ALL: 365 Days of Firsts website

The ALL initiative was a Bloomberg employee engagement showcase, celebrating the accomplishments of everyday people that went above and beyond their daily roles for the benefit of their colleagues, clients and community.

The ALL campaign began as office takeovers worldwide, featuring life-size photographs of the employees featured alongside their stories. I oversaw the production of the All website, a digital version of the campaign chronicling these daily employee accomplishments. Given the sheer number of stories and people involved, I designed a “wheel of fortune” visual, with each spoke representing individual stories worthy of celebration. The entries were presented in chronological order and were color-coded depending on category. Stories might focus on customer service or company culture, business or tech innovation, people performing deeds worthy of note, and employees going above and beyond in terms of business performance and sales.

An interface at the bottom right allowed visitors to interact with the Wheel, spinning it either direction, or to zoom in on any story that caught their eye. Once the viewer clicked on a story, it brought them to a page detailing the employee accomplishments.

I created the initial site design and layouts, and I worked with an outside vendor for the back-end programming to help bring it all to life. The resulting All: 365 Days of Firsts website continued to update as new stories were celebrated every day of the year.
