Spotify Premium — Global Conversion Campaigns

I worked on the global Spotify Premium conversion campaigns, contributing to the development of scalable visual systems used across seasonal tentpoles and ongoing acquisition efforts. The work focused on creating design frameworks that could flex across markets, languages, formats, and performance channels while maintaining clarity and brand consistency at scale.

I helped establish core templates and best practices, collaborating closely with copywriters, brand managers, performance marketers, legal partners, translators, and external agencies as campaigns evolved. From early concepting and storyboarding through production-ready design, I created master templates spanning house ads, social, display, email, and video. Each system was designed to support numerous layouts and dimensions, ensuring cohesion across waves, regions, and languages.

These templates were then handed off to production partners responsible for large-scale execution, with ongoing collaboration to maintain quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. My involvement varied by campaign, but consistently centered on applying judgment, structure, and craft to ensure the work remained cohesive, adaptable, and effective across a global ecosystem.
